Hello, I’m Silke, coach, mentor and speaker.

I am the guide who takes you to your new job or profession and your new life.
I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be happy with and in their life. So my vision is to help people like you to stop living the life that their parents, partner, family, neighbours, colleagues think they should live. It’s your life after all, not theirs, so I like to empower people like you to discover or rediscover what you, yes, you, not anyone else, really wants to do. And then guide you to start doing exactly that.
